REGISTRATION FEES

The conference registration fee includes:

  • Access to the Technical Industry Exhibition
  • An approximate 20-minute time slot to present one paper at the conference
  • A printed conference program
  • A conference proceedings (soft copy)
  • Free Publication of the presented paper in an International Journal
  • Inclusion of presented papers in the Online Conference Proceeding
  • A copy of the proceedings on a USB flash drive (come with your USB Flash Drive)
  • Mid Morning Break; Tea, Coffee, Water and Mini Pastries (For the 3 Days)
  • Conference Breakfast (For the 3 Days)
  • Conference Buffet Lunch (For the 3 Days)

  • An official payment receipt of the registration fee will be provided along with the conference material.

All attending conference participants must pay the registration fee and at least one author per paper must attend, unless the paper is being presented through an e-session.  Spouses and children whose names do not appear in the program but wish to attend the international conference and also participate will need to register as Accompany Person.

The conference registration fee must be prepaid.

        • Rooms in the Hotel are affordable/limited and will be on the basis of First Pay, First Serve. (Breakfast and Dinner Inclusive)

International Participants:

VIRTUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
(Authors who will not be physically present at the conference venue, but all digital conference document as well as certificates will be mailed, as well as free paper publication in high indexed journals)

LATE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
Early Registration fee in addition to USD30

ON INFORMATION DESK
SAME AS LATE FEE, BUT YOU MUST PAY 50% DEPOSIT, AND INFORM THE CONVENER SO THAT YOUR PAPER CAN BE INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS AND YOUR SEAT AND CONFERENCE PACKAGE ARRANGED

• • • The first author in the paper pays a full registration fee, while the second and subsequent pays a “Co-Author” fee (UD220) if the co-author must attend the conference. If the first author is not able to attend the conference, the second author or subsequent author has to pay a full registration fee (not “Co-Author” fee).

In a paper with more than one author, both authors cannot register as “Co-Authors”.

A Co-Author cannot and should not register as an “Accompanying person (without bag)”.

A Participant is an attendee that does not submit or present a paper, but attends sessions.
