The 2025 International Conference seeks sponsorships for its upcoming conference to be held in Kigali. We have limited sponsorship opportunities available and so please act quickly.

FORMS OF SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

There are Two Major Forms of Sponsorship:

(A) Sponsorship levels

(B) Individual Sponsorship

The Sponsorship levels is of three (4) types

The Individual Sponsorship is of eight (8) types.

Conference registrations – Up to 5 full conference registrations, Tea Breaks and Lunch Inclusive (please list names in the registration form).

(B) Individual Sponsorships

Breakfast ($1000 each) – Daily buffet breakfast provides the conference attendees with an excellent meal to start the day. Breakfast sponsorships are available on a per day basis. Signage will be provided to display your company/university as the breakfast sponsor. (Artwork due a month to the conference date)

Conference Bags ($1000) – Have your company logo imprinted onto the conference bags for great exposure during and after the conference. These cloth bags will have your company/university logo (one-color) imprinted on one side, along with the conference title/year. (Artwork due a month to the conference date)

Conference Shirt ($1000) Sponsor the conference shirt. The shirts will be distributed to all delegates and participant spread across the world. Signage will be provided to display your company/university as the break sponsor. (Artwork due a month to the conference date)

Conference Welcome Reception ($1000) Sponsor the welcome reception on the first day. Signage will be provided to display your company/university as the break sponsor. (Artwork due a month to the conference date)

Coffee/Refreshment Breaks ($500 each)– Sponsor the daily refreshment breaks for the conference attendees to keep them going strong. Break sponsorships are available on a per day basis. Signage will be provided to display your company/university as the break sponsor. (Artwork due a month to the conference date)

Print Station ($1,000)- Sponsor the conference print station that allows attendees to print session handouts, boarding passes, emails, etc. Signage will be provided to display your company/university as the print station sponsor. (Artwork due a month to the conference date)

Conference Bag Inserts ($500) – Insert your promotional materials directly into each attendees bag for excellent exposure. All promotional materials must be approved by the conference prior to acceptance of the materials. (Artwork due a month to the conference date)

Badge Holder Lanyards ($700) – Have a small company logo imprinted onto the badge holder lanyard of each attendee. These lanyards will provide great exposure as attendees wear their name badges daily. (Artwork due a month to the conference date)

1. Payment is due 2 weeks from submission of this form.
2. Sponsors are responsible for delivering all the promotional materials to the conference Executive Committee not later than 2nd of July, 2025.
3. Your placement is not guaranteed and no benefits will be granted until payment is received in full.
